What services does Good Vibe provide?

We serve our signature custom blend of creamy vanilla soft-serve, along with a variety of classic and speciality toppings, including:

  • Hard-coat chocolate
  • Sprinkles
  • Nuts
  • Sherbet
  • All traditional ice-cream sundae flavours
  • Slushies
  • Cold canned beverages
  • Hot coffee and other hot beverages
How much space do I need to book an ice-cream van?

Our vans require adequate room for safe entry, setup and service. Each van is 6m long, 2.4m wide and 3m high. Please ensure your event location can comfortably accommodate these dimensions.

What safety requirements should my event meet?

For the wellbeing of both our staff and our vehicles, your event must provide a safe and secure environment. This includes safe access for the van, stable ground for parking and a generally hazard-free space.

Is there a booking deposit?

Yes. We require a $300 non-refundable security deposit to secure your event date.

Can I change my event date after booking?

We understand that plans can change. You may request a date change no later than 4 weeks before your event. All new dates will be confirmed 1 month prior to the event.

What happens if I postpone my event?

If approved, postponements will receive a credit valid for 3 months. After 3 months, the credit will fully expire.
